Scope of Services. Through this Site, Gentle Hearts Living Home Care markets and arranges Senior Care, Elderly Care, Personal Care Assistance, Companion Care, Medication Management, Medication Reminders, Meal Preparation Service, Housekeeping Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Gentle Hearts Living Home Care and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
